Link Farming means a page there is lot of only links and there is no any useful information. Only link and links you can see it is called as a link farming

Would you agree with me guys for the fact that link farm do nothing to your our site., because as we see in there., there was a lot of links which are not related to each other., and it was not relevant to the site that it was linking.,

Not only give you nothing to your site, but these scums lower the reputation of you site. They use your site like a link bait for their visitors and make money with Adsenses.

I really don't understand why Google let run Adsenses on these sites.

I agree with you.. Link farming is a form of spamming.. So it's better to do a natural way of optimizing your site rather than doing a bad strategy...

Link farm contains links from all sorts of categories. They are all unrelated.

link farms; are sites that contain a lot of irrelevant links. with the purpose of giving those site(s) a backlink with pr (sometimes).

the thing about these sites, u dont have to worry, if ur links are there. it wont hurt your ranking and it wont even make it better. as for google at least. yahoo and msn are more spam friendly so......

well, i don't really think that that website got penalized for having a linkfarm as a backlink. are u SURE that is the reason?

there are plenty of other reasons to get u penalized, but this is not a reason, as far as i know.

i know this site which had a pr 8 right before the last pr update. but in google, the site was not found with its important keywords. simply, cos u can fake the pr, but u cannot fake the ranking (at least not so easily).

so IMO linkfarms being bad, not true. they dont hurt, nor do they do any good. maybe in the past, they were good, but not anymore.

and im talking about google, my opinion is based on google.

Yes definitely there are different reason and a certain reason to get penalized, so with this site.. they are using link farm (that is base from what i've read to the other forum and article) link farm was perfectly a spam. GG penalized for linking with not related site, so for its link stuffing.. and i'am not talking about the PR. yes its about the ranking and sometimes GG get out them from indexed if the site affiliated with link farm..
