getting good ranking for 200+ sites in a year... ?

Hi all, i have around 250 websites which are related to the same service but diff catogery i have around 50 - 70 diff services... tell me some basic and very usefull tips so that i have good ranking, i have less time to optimize it like, in a month i will be having 30 sites to do optimizing, link building, i want more vists please help me...

Do you have a team or not ?

250 sites are too much to manage for a single SEO.

Yes i have one Designer 3 linkers, on jr SEO, the thing is for ex if my product is nokia i will reg at least 14 websites for that keyword like free-nokia . us nokia-usa . com and various like that i want the main on page and offpage factors which effect the ranking becasue i dont have that much time becasue this month i have to handle around 65 websites so that it give good ranking....

you have so many sites.. you really need a team to help you.. 30 site in a month? whow!!.. i think that's really hard to manage.. hope you have a team to help you for your sites to have a good ranking..
social media optimization just like what guinanie said is a good idea..

try submitting your 200+ to different directories and social bookmarking...

no one belive, its not bluff, but i have these sites from past 6 years i am getting good ranking on sites which are old like 1999 sites i have around 70 all are old sites only 20 are new i am getting good hits, many are in dmoz, but the thing is i want to increase the hits by 30% that is my task from last finance year, i cant tell you the service of these all the domains, yap i agree with mcaronan SMO this really effect i hope so...

I'm guessing none of those sites would get into decent directories. And he'd have to be exceptionally brave to go for social bookmarking.
