If you are indexed in google,

yahoo and msn will follow with force once they do what they are suppose to do.

You could also check you server logs to see if you are getting any spidering activity, if you have been visited then just keep what you are doing for linking etc..

In that case, that's a normal. You're keywords will ranked in google but not in other SE just because they are using different algo.
