UK keywords in the anchor text?

Hello all

I was recommended to do this since I'm targeting uk traffic, but I'm still learning website stuff so if you could explain what this means or what I have to do would help me greatly

And if you could tell me what this does other than my assumtion it makes more Uk Traffic

well i believe they asking you to target UK keywords... in that you can have visitors if they use it for searching...
