Banned or Sandboxed?

I was trying to pick up some links on a domain I just bought last week. Its uschallengecoins.com. I got a response in this thread http://www.v7n.com/forums/links/7011...ated-site.html.

Now I am pretty concerned becuase everythign was riding on this site before and I got through the depression on being screwed by GISOL and losing 20 websites. I am trying to get back on my feet and I would really hate to be banned before I even get a chance to get going again.

In your opinion am I banned (I have 27 pages indexed in google right now) or just sandboxed? I can deal with sandboxed I guess but hope I can make it out before Christmas. Any help would be appreciated.

Banned = no page indexed

Not necessarily. You could be penalized.

Just checked this morning, I am indexed for my site and I am up to 31 pages indexed...I think I am fine and this is normal. I will admit though I was sweating bullets.

It was not banned. I check your site on google and it shows 34 pages indexed.
