I also heard that you can use a program to make one article into 20 unique articles. Im guessing that this is a blackhat method and is not recomended!
Lastly What are "the Best" articles sites to submit to.

You are right, it is not ethical, but article submission in itself is not such a bad thing, as long as you have nothing against giving away your content for free to other sites. On the long term, the effort of writing an article will be better rewarded if you use the content on your site and employ other online marketing strategies to promote it. Links that come from duplicate content bear close to no SEO value, as Google disregards them an no serious authority site would ever publish duplicate content anyway.
There is scraper software that converts an article into 20, indeed, but did you wonder about the quality? We are talking here not only grammar, but writing style as well. Are you sure you want to associate your site with a poor quality article with your name on it?
I think the best way for you, if you like writing and you want to promote your site while even making some revenue in the process, is to make an account with different sites like helium, associated content and squidoo and start write excellent, unique articles about the topic in your niche. If people like them, they'll follow the links in your profile and you will win some costumers too.
