agree agree.. yes the article was good and nice, but the topic already discussed in this forum, and i dont find it much interesting.
thanks for the tips peter_d. link bait is becoming popular and have the ability to generate load of free links in blog. it is effective in ranking of keyword and possible traffic for a blog.
I seem to incedentally throw out linkbait because I just like sensational titles for my blog posts. Other times I just try to keep my titles specific because a title like "Bidvertiser Reviewed" etc can turn a lot of search engine hits in the long run.
I actually found some interesting points reinforcing what's critical for success in linkbaiting, such as doing research in Digg, Delicious and Redit. Thanks for sharing.
