True. I just published one article (see my latest blog below my avatar) of how useless are these "search engine submission services". As an SEO I can say that such tools give no benefit to the user.

Sir...are you saying submitting to search engine is wasting time/time consuming? I am doing submitting my site to search engine. We believe the it helps to gain traffic..we doing also a lot of submission not only search engine submission...

Well......it may be good for some people.......but I think we should keep on directory submission and building links and let the search engines to find aour site and index it as by submitting a site to search engines gives bad results like just suppose your site is already indexed in a search engine and you do not know about it and you resubmit again and again using this type of tool in this way a search engine consider it as spam and may be your site get penalised.
