I think another SEO clients was quality work., what you think about this idea.,?

Clients don't usually understand that sometimes these things can take time. They pay people cause they don't know or don't feel they know enough to do it themselves.. so they get someone experienced and pay them. Then they expect immediate results as if the person paid has 100% complete control of making sure they get their desired results.. which is often times unrealistic. But, yes those are all the things I can think of that a client would want also.

I will just add perhaps a 5th to your list and that would be client who want their name out there just for branding purposes. They are not looking for any of the 4 items you have listed (not that they will say no to them) but their main SEO goal is just to have more exposure for their brand

Generally clients want all those. That is why they leave the
work to the SEO.
