How to get PR4+ from a PR3 site?
Hi,
My site is 3 months old and it has PR3 now. My goal now is PR4+ in next Google PR update. Would you pls tell me how many more backlinks (and their PR) I must build to get that?

dodgers is correct, that's one way to get your PR up. Also getting one or two solid PR5 or PR6 backlinks will certainly help you. One PR7 link will definitely get you to PR4 or PR5. thenumber of backlinks and outbound links on the site linking to you also will impact your PR.

Just build more backlinks... Don't focus on how many you need to build but focus on the quality of your site and eventually one day you will be surprise on how many links coming from good quality sites are linking.
