Exact keyword phrase match vs partial keyword match

I would like to know that google displays the results for exact keyword phrase match or does it also takes partial matches into consideration and displays the results.

For example if somebody enters " Best digital cameras " and my site has only " digital cameras " keywords matching to the query then wat are the chances that my site will be displayed in the result.

There are other factors at play. Too many variables to throw a meaningful number at you. If the longer keyphrase is more important to you, you should optimize for it.

the way I observed it, Google also consider partial matches of an inputted keyword in search box...even if it not totally matches your site's keyword, still Google will index your site...I hope you get the idea

yeah as I observed it to., they take partial keywords., but I think its a matter on how you optimize your site with that keywords., if you optimized it accurately there would be a big change that it will index.,

It would be able to display partial result on its match, but the first rule of thumb in optimization would be to look at your keywords first then key phrase always.
