Duplicate Content - Help!!!

I have 2 websites with the same content on 2 different URLs. My client uses a CMS and it looks complicated to change any content.

They have their own audience, therefore both websites must be indexed.

They have their own meta tag (title and Description)

What can I suggest? Is there a problem even if meta tags are differents?

Interesting that CMS is making it hard to change content, Kind of defeats the purpose... why dupe content? should be easy to change the content using CMS?

I think you should change your content..Create something which is unique and informative..Having a quality content will increase your credibility and bring even more visitors to your site, i think this is the only way to solve your problem since you want to index both site..
