Why would high PR sites want to trade links with new websites?

Eventually PR0 has a possibility to gain high PR and I think theres nothing wrong to link with PR0 as long the site is relevance and quality.

pagerank is not actually one of the "major" factors in SE positioning again, so higher PR site may like to link with low Pr site purposely because of traffic thinking it could help boosting theirs and of course if the site is related to theirs.

Maybe you have a good content that's why some other site that have a high pr link to your site..One the important is the relevance of site. So because you have a quality content is easy for you to get high pr at more traffic,

if traffic is huge, then definitely worth exchanging links to even a PR0 site. besides traffic is what we want on our site was it?
