go to Google or any other search engine type in your keyword in the search box, ,go through the result pages and look where your website rank for that keyword

Check for your site's keyword rankings by typing your target keywords/keywords used on Search engines search query.. If your site is visible on Google, Yahoo & MSN's SERPs with a rank between 1-10, you've done such a great job...

@ bogs.. Franky question was clearly how to know all the result after doing SEO.. including traffic ranking and even all major Goals of an SEO..

result for traffic, try out Google Analytics and statcounter.

for SERP ranking, do it manually, type in your keyword on SE box and look for your site.

for backlinks, try out backlinkwatch.com or search in Google "backlink checker". tons of this are available online.

for PR, install a PR toolbar on your browser or search in Google "PR checker tool".

Do you honestly believe that SEO can "finish?" SEO is an ongoing process. You need to be careful and watch out for competitors and so on. You cannot see results right away anyway. And even if you do, there are no warranties that these results will last forever.
IPB9 is a good software for you to check all those stats you need, but be careful not to use it for search engine spam.

There was a lot of tools posted here at v7n to check the result of your work., but I think you can't say that you have been finished doing SEO to a certain site because it SEO was continuous in a certain site in order to maintain statistics.,

You can check the results through different seo tools like for backlinks, keywords, PR, and just typing the keywords in google search that you've optimize to check the search results.
