Thanks Mike. People like you make my day ...
By the way, it took me 4 years to learn all that I know. Through books, experiments and lately, the internet. I now generally advise people to join a good course. Yes, its good to learn something through your own efforts, but imagine the time it takes ! If you want to learn something, I advise you to hire a tutor for it. Learn from my experience.

Would you be willing to do a webdesign, if not, or if you are VERY buisy then I don't need your services, but if you can I would like them.

I believe if an ad is overly 'loud' and distracting, people get 'turned off' it.
Hence the subtlety here with this banner. Even though its animated, its not very irritating. Moreover, it is eye catching, as an ad should be, without screaming 'Notice Me, Notice Me'.
|
Anyway, thats what I've tried.

Comin back to you Hybrid, I won't have a problem in designing a site for you as long as you don't expect me to meet any deadlines.
To put it more simply - if its urgent, I am not your man.
Thanks for considering me.
P.S : Ah John, now I know how you feel when people don't read the instructions posted or don't follow it even after reading !

I learnt French when I was about 4 years old as my family and myself went there for about 7 years in a row, kinda helped to know the language and its not hard to learn so I picked it up fairly quickly

Wow ... your parents must have been quite rich ... ! ...
Did you go there for vacations? ...
On a totally different note, I haven't been able to come up with a good idea for your logo ... do you have any ideas for it in mind? Perhaps I might be able to implement it ...

These are the best I could come up with for the time being ... If you like any of these tell me and I'll customize it to suit your site and taste ...

I like number 2. You don't have to customize it, I can do that if you send me the PSD. For the most part, it looks good.
Thanks for your time!

Yes, but I take my time to design one since it takes time for me to come up with a good and suitable idea. If that's not a problem please provide me the following information :
Quote:
--> Is the logo for a website and/or for your stationery?
--> Please tell me any idea you have in mind for it.
--> If you have a website, please point me to it. If you want one, I can a design a small (perhaps 5 or 10 page) website for you, since web designing is what I love.
|
Hope this helps.
Thank you for considering me and have a nice day.

i'd like to use it for all purposes - web and print. i haven't made a website yet, so if you want to give a go at it, go for it I would like green in the logo ...and a green theme for the site...if possible...
