I have come up with 2 different versions of the banners. Seeing that you have a clear cut idea in mind about how the banner should look, I didn't experiment much.

Thanks for the banners they look great. Please send them to me. If I remember correctly if they are gif I only have to tell the webmaster where to point them to and he codes them. If I am wrong please let me know.

Background:
Theres a missionary program for the youth called "STF".
Junior STF was created to work as a prep for the teenagers to be active in, to jumpstart them and encourage them to participate in STF.

STF has been around for 30 years, but Junior STF is brand new, and needing a logo.

Logo's are always a sore point with me because my logo designs always leave me unsatisfied. I am not sure if I can satisfactorily meet your requirement, but I am willing to give it a try.
