H I was looking through the free plugins for google toolbar and found this website with some quite useful ones

Theres a link - meta tag and keyword analyser.. ive tried them and it shows I dont have any meta data on one of my sites which I knew about, and also the links to and from my site and what page they link to.. so I thought I'd share
