Will submitting to high PR directories bring up your PR?
I was thinking about hiring a company to submit my website to some high PR directories. Will this bring up my PR or is it a waste of money?

If your concerned about PR it's on page PR that your looking for. If your worried about creating value in the search engine's eyes, it's really relative content that plays an important role. PR is just a number to most, but unfortunately too many other webmasters concern themselves with this all too common number and "the key" to website valuation.

PR Answer
It should help raise your page rank, which certainly won't hurt. However I have found personally that PR is more or less useless in terms of SERP. Just my opinion.
