Flash page & SEO

Hi everybody - i have a question about flash sites and SEO.

i run a site that is a flash page (i know, i know, - i didn't know that they were no good for SEO back then) and i'm wondering how to improve my ranking.

I've done most of the stuff that i've found on this site, etc. The thing is, my page is in an i frame, that holds a flash file. What i've done is set up the
<no frames> tag, and set up some links in there that have been optimized.
I've just downloaded a tool to test my site called pageAnalyser and the thing says i have no text links!! So now i don't know what to do. And switching to a non flash page isn't and option right now.

So my question is, what do i need to do? If any body wants to check it out specifically, its www.neblinarecords.com

Lose the flash and add many backlins. I only saw two backlinks to your site. Your site is pretty, but searhc engines don't care about pretty.

if there is no content, the spiders will read the stuff in the META Tags, and if you don't want to use iFrames, just use PHPIncludes

you can optimize flash sites fine in google and in yahoo wiht a a few changes

I would say keep the flash the way you like it and add an html version fo the spiders

i had a flash site ranked in the top 10 for "flash design" and the only content on the front page was the title and meta tags

arn't php includes just server side includes , and iframes are floating frames or windows , they are not at all similar I don't think

thanks for all the suggestions! Well regarding the backlinks, I have just started working on that (all the free directories, other sites, etc) so that is probably taking a while to show up...

ferret - ok that sounds good to me but where do i add the link to the html version? Make the main page a "Go to html or flash version page?" What i was trying to do is avoid the trouble and write some links in the <no frames> area... but i don't know if that's working... could somebody check it out and see if those links are "spiderable"?

I had which was ranked very well for a bunch of terms, I lost the doamin name though

so i had to start form square one
