Well, there is something to be said for quantity too. I have built sites to the top with thousands of low quality links when I couldn't get anything else.

It depends inn the niche and how many links the top sites have. Your site should fall into the average with quality making the difference. Not to say that thousands of low quality links will not do the trick

Considering the quantity will not give you your expected result but if you will include quality with quantity in your work then you may expect a better result for your site!

that keyword my friend is an example of a competitive keyword... So even if after you have optimized it for that keyword, the work is not yet finished. You'll have to spend months or even years to get that keyword on top. the fastest way to earn that spot is to use PPC...

I think Google analytics is just a traffic monitoring and nothing to do with your traffic.

The reason is, your web site has less traffic in SEO because more traffic you can get means popularity.
