Good points. I just didn't get your point by the No.7 as image headings, you mean avoiding image links and using the text links?

Many people think that an image looks better than text for headings and menu. Ofcurse, an image can make your site look more destinctive, but in the terms of seo images for headings and menus are a big mistakes

I'm not sure I get #6. I think meta tags are very important and I make sure all of my pages have different meta tags...

Just a question what is link spamming (no.9 in the list )......i can undersand by the wrod spam here but how does it effect our seo?

Covers a variety of actions. Getting too many bad links in (ie. casinos), buying links, links from link farms, etc.

No that's not what he mean I think, let me try to explain it

As what Google's webmaster guidelines states
