Great post John... Well that's a real nice start for any newbie... would love to add though that people use 4-5 keywords at the maximum for one page... Well thats my feeling to just keep the weight of my keywords healthy... So that search engine also treat my keyword healthy and important...

I saw that there is no difference(its ok _) in the direcotry name for this, is it true ?

The hyphen is seen as a delimiter but the underbar is not.

Hm.. after few hours of testing myself - IE presents the "-" as "%2D" .. i think this will be definetly problem, if not for the SEs, but 100% to my visitors...
Any opinions ?

Yahoo accept <h1> but google not they analyze your content.

Google definitely considers H1 tags just like it looks at title and bold tags. Google's goal is to read pages like humans. And to humans H1 content stands out.
