Website design and SEO

Hi!

I've just read the thread http://www.v7n.com/forums/seo-forum/web design vs seo and want to ask you a question:

We have just redesigned our website and now statistics shows that attendance reduced. Can it be concerned with new design of the website or something? I'm at a loss.

actually it doesn't matter.. theres alot of site that don't use any validator but still have a good rankings... some changes on site can really affect rankings... as long as you maintain some of your page and its content.. your rankings its not going decline..

to say code validation "doesn't matter", in my opinion is a not accurate. YOur code should be as clean and simple as possible. I am not saying its everything but should be considered.

I agree with bogs. It doesn't matter whether you are going to validate your codes. Is this the site you are talking about? -> webcreationuk.com

If that's your site, you should do more link building plus I have found out that you missed to put alt on some of your images. Anyways, you still doing good if I was to ask because your SEO score is 88% based on whois.sc.

If you are referring to the lost of organic search traffic, then you need to study your search rankings again to see where you are falling out, and study those that has taken the place above you, check their content / links and compare it with yours, get some more quality content if you do not have that much, get more quality links if you do not have that much as compare to those above you, eventually you will regain the upper placement again.
