We don't have a lot of rules, but the rules we do have are found mostly in the forum lobby or via PM. I guess I should put all the rules in the reg agreement, huh?

I think somebody said it would good good if it was a competition based on skill and not resources. It looks like it will be a competition of resources. Or, more accurately, how willing we are to commit resources to a competition that rewards us with, um, an iPod and a flat screen.

There is no (or little) skill involved in SEO. When there term is competitive, it's all about resources.

yes...i agree...resources is king in the end.
...and with the competition that is out there...
whats more at stake than an ipod is pride and ownership of the right to say 'i was number one' by the eventual winner.
thats a heavy-duty prize in the world of seo.

Good on you. Who said that the term was not a competitive one! All the SEO world gunning for a piece of the pie.

However, I have remained stable on the top spots and now need to get some serious marketing happening as you are doing.
