Easy way to check if you still link to this spammer from you website:
Simply put this query in yahoo search form:
linkdomain:discreet-romance.com site:mywebsite.com
Don't forget replace mywebsite.com to your domain name in that query.

Black Hat technique should not be tolerated...it is really unethical and unfair to those SEO's that follows the right way of optimizing a site...

For how long. There are thousands of webmasters using this technique but only few of them got penalized.
