Yahoo + Google Results
Has anyone else noticed how in the last few days yahoo's results have been almost replicating googles?

Did I miss something big here? Did some change take place that I wasn't aware of?

I searched google for female celebrity wallpapers and got

http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...ity+wallpapers

Then doing the same search in yahoo I got this sudden feeling of de-ja-vu

http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=fem...t&cop=mss&tab=

I ended up printing them both out, and other than 3 or 4 websites, the top 100 results are identical.

no I have not
I have not seen same results on Yahoo and Google. They two completely different databases now.

way different technologies. sometimes they kinda fall in line, but the technologies are way different.

Nice suggestion. I have a site that I have started building links for and using this tools shows a huge difference. Yahoo shows a dozen links and google.com effectively shows none.

Google does show fewer backlinks than Yahoo! When I search for link:http://www.eslgo.com I get 226 Google and 450 Yahoo!
