To be fair though, it wouldn't actually require much.

Number 1 - There is a toolbar in Mozilla that allows you to do most of that very easily. Plus you could just say you did it anyway.

Number 2 - Get links to your site, not exactly hard. You could get 2 coming from your own site and that would be fine.

Number 3 - It is a free EBook

It isn't that hard to get into Google in 24 hours. A link on a forum should do the trick.

Plus, $25 is the starting bid.

Hey cardesign, that was an interesting tidbit you provided here. About the toolbar. Can you tell me where I can download it from?
I also have a doubt ... is it really possible to get into Google in 24 hours just from links in some good forums? Don't you have to be indexed by Google before you appear in the search results?

Sorry wasn't more explicit. I meant to ask whether google would index it in 24 hours. Doesn't it like follow some schedule for indexing ... ?

I find it hard to believe that Google will index a site in 24 hours after finding a link on a forum. It took me a month to show up in Google after receiving some very nice links from other sites. Has anyone seen any proof of this?

well it depends on how much google crawls the sites you're getting links from ..
