Hello,
I made a nice tool on my website. I would like to make it available to other related website as a button that activate a pop-up with the tool.

Question: do I have to get a domain name plus a hosting service and all that to make this?

No, I don't think so. I think you should go for .net programming.

Hmmmm the pop up window I get - can do that with java or Zapatec DHTML Windows

the tool has me puzzeled......
