Why does Paypal have a 0 PR?
People keep on saying that Paypal has a PR 8 but my bar says NO PR. What's going on here? Is Google pissed at Paypal or something?

PayPal forwards to the https version of the site. The original http version is probably an 8 at least, haven't checked.

PR will not register on https://

Honestly, with their inhumane actions and eBay-linked monopoly, they sort of deserve 0PR, IMO. Wishful thinking, I know.

Plus, what's with their front page and the woman showing her legs? A bit too revealing for this household.
