Need seo friendly real estate listing script

Hello.
Can anyone advise a seo friendly real estate listing script. The features I need:

• Ability to include property keywords to the listing URLs. Eg. mysite.com/home_for_sale_new_york_5av.html
• Ability to add listing keywords to the title and description of listing page
• Browse listings by state, so that crawlers could index all listing pages

You're looking into something that you need to have professionally and custom made. You better start saving money if you'd like something like that.

You could try to look for some website search scripts and see if you can tweak it, but it's not gonna be easy. There might be a script out there, but it's a very specific request ya got there.

Not really, there are a bunch out there - get one that includes the MLS within your site (draws off the regional database)

Bad time to even think about putting money into it tho if it's in the US ......

You are setting up store next to WalMart - don't invest too much

In the US? Wait a year or so - the competition will be out of business soon.....


Specialize if you do - go after a niche (at least on the web)

If you're askingbecause you are a seo guy and building for a client (do lots of html) around it and buy a cheap one for them - get the money up front - your client may not be able to pay soon

I've used for one of my projects, and it turned out to be a very flexible script form the SEO point of view.
