It is feasible to get backlinks even if you don't have a lot of money...
All you need is hard work and a lot of effort...
There are plenty of ways to build back links without money being involve... |

Dark-eye is right, you can still get backlinks without money involved. You can do it if you are sincere of what you are doing.
