I think with PPC (at leave Adsense) you can create self-competition. There are keywords that I take a break from and come back to to find only a low half-dollar bid, but as soon as I've added it to my campaign for a few days, the bid jumps to $10. I can't imagine how something unstable as that can work for me.

SEO is more stable and if you keep up, gives better returns, at least in my experience.

I use PPC for quick traffic but mostly i always use SEO.

Both (SEO and PPC) have their own benefits but only difference is Efforts. SEO want more efforts than having instant traffic and leads by sponsor listing.

I usually consider PPC for online stores / online product sites whose main concern is to get sales from web.

Well......both have their own advantages like SEO is a time taking process and results in long time and stability unlike PPC gives you instant results but as soon you stop paying results will also stop appearing......and lot more things......

And I prefer SEO on PPC.......

The best strategy is to target less competitive keywords no PPC, and to target high traffic keywords using natural SEO ( you dont have to pay a penny )
