hi, i need some help with articles. i want to sent many article from multiple web sites to multiple websites. how can i keep track of that?
what is a good way to orgenize which articles i sent and to whom?

If your talking about some type of automation software for submitting articles your wasting your time. You want to submit unique quality articles to each site you can get value from your links even on newer article directories, but make sure the content is unique and one of a kind.

sorry for the misunderstanding. My question is two fold-

1) what is a good way to organize the actual process of sending articles, and by that I mean the how do you organize that for yourself, worksheet wise? Is there a good worksheet out there, like there are good worksheet for SEO goals, link tracking and so on.

2)my articles are unique and original content, but should I send one article to many directories? Will they accept one that is already on another directory? Is that good for SEO?

As far as I know articles must be unique on each resource you are going to post it.

Well.....I do not think publishing same article on more than one site is bad for SEO. You can submit same article on some popular article submission sites but thing to remeber is that always add your author information with linking back to your site, in your resource box each time you post your article.

Yes, you can submit your article to several article directories. This is very useful to provide more backlinks to your site...
