Ranked in Google UK & Yahoo UK but not MSN

Hello,

We are happy with our rankings in Google & Yahoo UK but do not appear anywhere in MSN UK - any ideas please?

Hello,

It could be due to being banned by MSN (unsure why this would be the case) or that the website has not been programmed to a standard that meets the MSN algorithm.

Have you tried to contact MSN direct?

I will contact MSN direct - I am hoping to get some insights here first otherwise they may bamboozle me!

I have taken a look at your website and see that MSN does not pick up the entire thread of your domain names - webco uk and this is weird.

When placing content in MSN it also seems to find all your websites created by you but not webcouk - strange.

As such the only thing I can suggest is are you using any link campaigns as MSN has a serious problem with such affiliation programs and this could be the reason why you are not on MSN?

MSN is twisted, it takes some time to get ranked on there plus MSN indexed update are slower then any other search engine out there Google by far has the most advanced system there is when it comes to updating they update quicker then any other search engines out there I maen you could pratically build 100 links and see the effect with then 2-4 weeks with MSN you probably wouldn't see the results for 6 months.

Plus there algorithms are totally different.

You have done very well to get your website so highly listed under a very well used search term so MSN should prove to be no obstacle. I notice you are also on the front page of Yahoo so whatever it is you are doing it must be right :-) We have actually slipped in Yahoo and that is a little annoying so I feel your pain but all should turn out well on the night. You are only one point away from getting on that elusive page 3 spot under web design which is a great term to get onto.
