Overture is a good source for KW suggestions though it's not yet updated..
i also use Google Suggest and Wordtracker

I like the overture tool with the GoodKeywords (also free) interface. I used to use the COOL SEO tool but now it costs money.

I'm thinking of spending some money and using word tracker. But, one thing about any of these tools, its the time to use them and follow up more than the cash investment. So before I buy any tools, I'll probably implement google analytics and rewrite some pages to add some more keywords.

Then, maybe I'll look for more keywords and get help prioritizing them.

I find that my favorite tool changes frequently since the best free tools often disappear. I was big on Jim's Cool SEO tool until it went private and overtures' stats until is turned unusuable. I now rely on googles and yahoo's official search of links.
