Right...especially for those site who has product to sell...this is the bast way to express their product and elaborate further...In doing that you can build good image to the visitors and make your product and site more reliable...This will bring quality traffic...A visitors that came into your site and do something not just clicking it for a second...

In theory, yes.

And based on my experience, the links that you build tend to draw direct traffic instantly and organic traffic once you have a good ranking in SERP. It is just a matter of how well you target the sites you build links with.
