You need to register. Once you are approved then that's the time that you can drop link or post the part of your blog article.

SB sites can help your blog/site in driving traffic and you can have backlinks too.

They suck out of all honesty there worth nothing...

Build good quality content and submit it to digg or just keep posting good quality content and let it viral through social networks I don't know why people think submitting social media sites will boost there traffic maybe to a degree, but it just don't work that good.
