Tiles? Is that your main keyword?

Limit it to 3 keywords only...

ex. tile flooring, custom tile contractor, florida flooring installer, flooring contractor, tile installation company, flooring installation....

try using http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/ to see approx words searches per day...

Title should fit on the window tab of your browser. Use as much as possible but going over does not help your visitors.

Your meta description should be considered informative enough to make people understand your services/products and want to click on your site.

The description is often used by Google in their results page so if searchers don't get it, you won't get the clicks.

I'd reduce the amount of keywords in your metatags and just list your "money phrases".
less is more...
Use keyword tracker & google's keyword tool to determine them if you dont know already.
