perhaps not something to worry about, but a missed opporunity. if they are leaving then it's because there is nothing more for the user to see, or at least they are unaware that there is more they'd want.
my bounce rate is 40% and i don't like that. it could be that high because i often go to my site to get snippets of text when doing seo and then leaving, so this is increased, however i still think even 35% is high for what my site is about.
