Makes no difference one way or the other. Might have a small advantage when the keywords are a phrase.
Not worth worring about either way.

it don't matter rather you use commas or not the reason being is because the search engines don't read it, so in other words the search engines don't parse it, so you could use them or not use them it would have no effect what so ever.

Comma use is still important, granted not much as it used to be. MSN and Yahoo mainly reference your website off of keywords; so it's still a good practice to put in just for that reason. Make sure to use phrases in your keywords, also referred to as long tails. An example would be, Best SEO tips, would be a phrase keyword.
Keyword stuffing is not important as it used to be, try not to go over 8 - 12% if you are going to be doing this. But the time involved is not really worth it.

Makes no difference, Search engines do not consider it. Comma use is from user point of view.

Its just about presenting your tags/ phrases nothing else. I prefer commas in keywords, so that they can't look like mixed up . And should be easily readable. Nobody has to be confused.

No difference. But there is a little advantage to user when you use comma to separate the keywords in order to make them more presentable and organized.

Yahoo has long recommended using commas and in particular supported them as a way to separate out distinct terms for those in their paid inclusion programs.

I agree. I observed when you submit your site to the directories they always want that the keywords are separated with comma.
