Is my website tripping filters?

My website is about 6 months old. After being indexed it wasn't ranked well for about 4-6 weeks and then all of sudden there I was; ranked in the top 5 for my top keyword phrases. Then after a few days I was back down in the 70-80 range. I've optimized my site, at least to the best of my ability. Its funny how my keywords come up in the exact same place 70-80. That can't be a coincidence. Can someone take a quick peek to see if I'm tripping any filters or causing the low rankings? The keywords that I'm shooting for aren't very competitive. They are

grout cleaning phoenix
tile cleaning phoenix
grout sealing phoenix

my website is www.groutsmart.com

It sounds like the normal boost new sites get temporarily. A lot of the SE's do this. After the initial wow I am on the 1st page for a few weeks, it takes a dip and thats where you need to start working form to get back up again. Normal search engine behavior as far as I have seen with numerous sites.

what is the point in the "new site" boost? Also I noticed that the very next day after we went from top 5 to 70thish we started getting phone calls from SEO's company's trying to sell me their services. I mean the very next day. I had about 5-6 company's call me. I think that Google ranks websites high and then drops them and then sells "lists" of websites to SEO companies.

did you check out my seo to see if my site is "over" seo'd?

getting a rank on first page is a compensation of Sandbox period from search engine side..... but this compensation is only for few hours or maximum of 2/3 days ..

ok, so what is going on with my site so that it isn't being ranked high? I'm pretty sure that I have done the best on-page SEO for it. It's been about 6 months and still nothing.

6 months is still not a long time mate, give it time and build up your inbound links with your keywords.

But ok, here some things you can get started on for on page optimisation. Put a H1 tag on your home page. You have an image there that will be doing nothing for you. Use a keyword in it too. Your services page, you nearly have a h1, but it's just font, put it in a H1 tag, and stick keywords in it.

Put some keyword links through to the relevant pages, even if they are just footer links, it will improve your internal linking. You have no keyword links as all that i cold see form my quick glance at it.

I'm sure you'll get a bit more input, but i don't have too much time right now to go too far mate, soz

My guess is that locally-targeted pay per click advertising would be very effective for you and much much less costly than SEO.
