Is it best to submit articles to multiple sites or just one quality site? If you had to choose one site to submit your article to, which site would you submit to?

also keep in mind to write unique one way articles up your going to pay around 30-50 dollars for a 1000 word article if its a quality article anyways.

well, best to write 2 versions; 1 longer version for your own site and then submit the shorter versions, also make sure that some of them have a link to the actual article this to prevent that your article might be seen as the duplicate

One fallback of submitting your articles to directories is that when other sites link to it, they cite the directory as the source of it rather than your site. Should this be the scenario, you are left with less or no SEO benefit at all.
