Searching for a good web development team?

Hi all, I want to have a website that can help me to get more income out of my business. I have been trading in clothes for quite a while and need to present them on the web so that I can spread the word around for my sales. For this I really require a good web development team that can make not only the web page attractive but have their own inputs to make my site popular. Any suggestions are welcome.

I used their services to find many good designers and programmers to help me develop sites and scripts. They have a large base of freelancers and can get you started with pretty much any project you have.

One of the programmers I found there I have been working with for about 6 months now, as well as a few other I worked with on previous jobs. I definitely recommend giving it a look.

My basic suggestions are two, get a good site design, both cool looking and userfriendly, and SEO friendly. Second, SEO. I won't start explaining the whole thing cause it's out of the scope of this post here. There are very useful posts arround by the contributing members, useful articles, stikies, links, tools, methods. Use the "Search Forums" and start reading. The process of optimizing is really not an easy game. It's compared to a full time work, and it gonna cost you a lot if you want good results. There is no free lunch in our days, right? Read also about the semantic engines, and the Latent Semantic Optimization. That's related to writing good content, and many people skip the content and contentrating on the other things instead. Well it's them who lose.
