Clicking on your own site
I wonder, if I do a Google search and clikc on my own site for certain keyowrds, my rank will go up for those keywords. I would think that Google would better rank sites that get hits off of keywords.
I am going to try the hell out of this and see what happens.
Any ideas or is this crazy talk?

You better spend your time on improving your site rather than clicking him with no sense. For example, start to build backlinks and mailing different sites webmasters.

This is not a good idea! Create new content for your site and promote it making sure your site is seo & user friendly would be a better idea.

Don't be a kid, I said for example. Managing good positions doesn't end with the above two anyway. New content will not bring him on top, nether will more backlinks do if they are not worked together.

That would be great if site will be clicked / visited by others instead of yours. It will give you nothing, just a time waste.
So, try to make your website for your relevant visitor..not for yourself.

it maybe effective only if you uses different IP, but I'm afraid if google will trace the same IP you'll just give them a chance to penalized your site.

Now why in the hell would you want to do that for?
If your referring to AdWords and trying to get a better *ad rank* then build a good ad for the user and make sure your getting good CTR thats the only way around it buddy.

I think it is better to do the proper way of ranking a site in SE's, than wasting your time doing that kind of stuff...

Well, put effective in quotation marks, cause how effective can it be if he changes his IP lets say one minute, and generate one click per minute to his site? Brilliant. The same IP, country, class.
