Can anyone pls help me out. I urgently need an SEO project plan sample... though i have done with keyword analysis, tags optimization but now client wants a weekly and also monthly SEO project plan.. Plz plz help me..I urgently need it.....pls send me at webseoanalyst@gmail.com

its still depends on the site analyzation, IMO you can't just start
optimizing a site without it..

You should have not started with your clients website without having a plan.

I would suggest that, you consider outsourcing the work to a Good SEO company, at least they would know what's write for the website.

Suggest your client to build a plan and after work to reach a goal. After your got results you should build another plan.
