There website is a relevant website with a PR 5, started in 2000. Alexa rating is 420k and they have almost 3k pages cached by google. Has no outbound links except for adsense.

How much you pay for a text link on their home page?

I'm afraid only you can really answer that. What niche are you in? How competitive is your market? How much do you make if someone clicks on the link and converts?

How much is it worth to you?

No coversion at all, the store is not up yet. Purely in SEO value, how much would you pay?

If you pay for link make sure to put "nofollow" because Google will punish for this. I refused to buy links almost year ago and I didn't lost anything... I actually saved money!

Please explain. I'm not doing linking on any sort of massive scale. This is a relevant website that has other relevant pages pointing to it and would be pointing to my website. It would be silly to be punished for this seeing as how it will improve search results.

Exactly. And I believe it is not really advisable to buy links...

Belive me, I promote a website which suffer right now because of they bought to many links in the past. Moreover, someone always hack their site and complain Google about every single step they do.

I'm afraid no one will answer accurately on your question, if I put myself into their head, I wouldnt even probably include you in the site, unless the money is good. Second, is your site revelent to theirs. Third, how badly you want your link there will decide the price.
