If yes, what could be the difficulties I can get in SEO?

Domain names have nothing to do with ranking in SERP. It could have a fair chance to rank as any other domain name.

But why that kind of domain? Don't you think it would be hard for your visitors to remember that URL?

No, because it's a phone no. which is there in that domain. Actually, that's only for local business. And local people can easily remember that one.

It wont be a big deal to have that kind of URL in terms of SEO. But I think, visitors won't easily remember your url with that format...

Right... no problems in SEO terms, just visitors can remember easier words than number (indeed that' s the reasons you type the name of a website instead it's IP address )

It depend on the services provided by the websites, This website provide cab/taxi service for local area. so its ok with the domain name.

From the SEO point of view, we know that content is king for getting good rankings in search engine and traffic on website.

Keywords in domain name are very helpful for SEO in many cases. Just one example is that many directories accept only official site name (domain name) as a title for their listings.

Difficult or not is another question. It depend from niche and how competitive are keywords you planning to optimize this site for…
