Order of Importance

I'm trying to compile a check list of sorts to go over while optimizing my sites. What do you consider the order of importance (1 - 14) for the following items? The following apper in no particular order and I'm trying to apply the practices for both Google and Yahoo.

- Page Title
- Anchor Text
- Domain Name
- Back Links (also anchor text)
- File (Page) Naming
- Page Content
- Meta Dexcription
- Meta Keyword String
- Site Size (# of Pages)
- Page Size
- Alt Text
- Header Tags
- Sitemap
- Crawlablity
- robots.txt file
- code layout (getting keywords up top)

Anything else I've missed?

You need to make sure the site is fully crawlable. A sitemap linked from the homepage can help with this.

Not sure how '- Site Size (# of Pages)' is an influence in SERP's. Bigger sites don't outrank smaller sites because they have more pages.

Google and Yahoo! are way different.

for competitive terms
Google = anchor text
Yahoo! = anchor text and on page elements.

the level of importance of any given element changes greatly based on search term and competition. in my opinion it is somewhat of a waste of time to say "this is more important than this is more imortant than this"

optimized inbound links and good page structure. that's all you really need.
