Hi blackimpallass,
I just noticed your above inquiry, and, well I don't know about the "Google Video Sitemap Pro" application, but there are many sitemap generator apps out there on the market, but a "video page" is just another "page" and you should not need to get a new app that claims to "Create Video Sitemaps Instantly" etc. etc. etc. Because you basically create another map that has ONLY your video pages included, and then inside Google Webmaster Tools you add a new sitemap and THEN tell the system that it is a "Video Sitemap". So, as long as you have a good sitemap generator, you should still be able to generate a "Video sitemap" without having to buy a new application.
And in fact, just last night I created and submitted my first video page google xml sitemap! I have a program ("Rage Sitemap Automator") that includes page filter options for whatever pages you tell it to filter. However, on my first attempt at using that filtering option, the application "failed" and instead of scanning and retrieving only the video pages and the root, it scanned and retrieved ALL the pages on my site just like when I create a general website google xml sitmap. So, it was a little annoying that it did not work correctly, but it worked when I just manually removed all the non-video pages (I included the root page as well as I think we are supposed to and my front page does in fact have some videos on it) Then I saved it as "MyVideoSitemap.xml" et al and then uploaded it to the root directory on my server.
Then I logged into my Google Webmaster Tools Account and then clicked on the relevant domain in the dashboard. Then the "Overview" page appeard and so I then clicked on the "SITEMAPS" link. And then once in there, I just clicked "Add A Sitemap" option. And then the "Add Sitemap" page appeared So then I clicked on the "Choose Tpe" button and selected "Add video sitemap" Then when the "Add Sitemap" page appeared, I copied the name of my video sitemap: "MyVideoSitemap.xml" into the text box in option #3 and then clicked the below "Add Video Sitemap" button. Then I went and checked my stats and diagnostics etc. and about 10 minutes later or so, I went back to the "Sitemaps" section and, sure enough, my "MyVideoSitemap.xml" filename had an "OK" status indicator and the "Type" column had "Video" in it and it also had the date submitted and the number of URLs submitted which turned out to be pretty close to the actual number of video pages that I now have on my site! And then, just to be sure I clicked on the "Details" link on the far right and confirmed the date and number of URLs submitted etc. And that was it! Good luck and if you have any questions, please ask away and I'll help you as much as I can.
Cheers!
