Saw this over on DP the kids father does SEO. But I still think the kid is special and has alot going for him he did the work and got it done. At that age I was not focused and work oriented. I see great things in his future. Good for him!

Not a surprise to me. My old blogspot blog outranks many of my sites due to amount of content, age and amount of incoming links, and whatever else reasons Google considers when it comes to ranking a site.
Blogspot blogs can rank anywhere. I just don't like the platform, I think you can do much more with WP and it's more beneficial to have a blog on your own domain name, but hey ... to each their own.

Interesting, While I agree that WP has better functions I now use blogger for some content.

For example
Last week I posted a blog with a link to a new page I had created - this was at 1000 in the morning, later that day (about 1400) I was running some google checks and the blog page was no 3... now that is want I call fast inclusion!

So while I do have a blog on my site I also keep a different blog offsite...
